Outlook (OSX) Instructions

1. Select Tools -> Accounts... from the menu bar.
- Select E-Mail Account under the account type

2. Fill in your Email address, Password, User Name, Incoming server, Ports and Outgoing server
- Choose IMAP
- Choose Use SSL to connect
- Choose Override default port
- Click the Add Account button

3. You're now back in the Accounts Pane, Click More Options

4. Choose User Name and Password from the Authentication drop down
- Fill in Username and Password
- Click OK

5. You're now back in the Accounts Pane, Click Advanced...

6. Set IMAP Root Folder

7. Click the Folders tab
- Select Move deleted messages to this folder: Trash (Server)
- Select when you want deleted messages erased (your choice)
- Sent, Drafts, Junk and Trash should all reflect they are stored on the server, as indicated by "(Server)"
- If not, see step 8

8. Click the dropdown list and choose the corresponding folder on the server
- Click Choose to save

9. Click Ok

You're done!

Mac Mail (OSX) Instructions

1. Open the Mail app and from the File menu, select Add Account...

2. Click Add Other Mail Account... then click Continue

3. Fill in your Name*, Email and Password
- Click Create
- Click Next

4. Select IMAP. Enter the Server, Username and Password

5. Fill in SMTP Server, User Name and Password.
- Click Create

6. Drafts, Sent, Junk and Trash should all be checked for "on server".
- Adjust when your deleted messages are permanently deleted (any selection is ok)

iOS Instructions

1. Open the settings app

2. Tap on Mail

3. Tap on Accounts

4. Tap on Add Account

5. Tap on Other

6. Tap Add Mail Account

7. Fill in your Name*, Email, Password and Description, then tap Next

8. Tap IMAP, fill out incoming and outgoing mail server settings, then tap Next

9. Leave Mail selected, Notes unselected, then tap Save

The following settings are optional but recommended if you're going to use multiple devices and you'd like the mail on each device to be identical. These settings will instruct your device to store the mail from the following mailboxes on the server. Using these same settings elsewhere will ensure you are operating from one/the same mailbox (i.e. Sent, Trash) no matter what mail client or device you're on.

1. Tap on the mail account you just setup

3. Tap Drafts Mailbox

4. Tap Drafts (under ON THE SERVER), then tap < Advanced to go back

5. Tap Sent Mailbox

6. Tap Sent (under ON THE SERVER), then tap < Advanced to go back

7. Tap Deleted Mailbox

8. Tap Trash (under ON THE SERVER), then tap < Advanced to go back

9. Select how often you'd like deleted messages to be purged

10. Tap < Account

gmail Instructions

1. Click on the settings (sprocket) icon and select settings

2. Click on the Accounts and Import tab

3. Click on Add a mail account

4. Enter your email address

5. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3), then click Next

6. Fill in your Username, Password and POP Server.
- Select Port 995
- Uncheck Leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server
- Check Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail
- Optional: select Label incoming messages as your email address
Click Add Account

7. Choose Yes, I want to be able to send mail as , then click Next

8. Fill in your Name*
- Leave Treat as an alias checked
- Click Next Step

9. Fill in SMTP Server, Username and Password
- Select Port 465
- Click Secured connection using SSL
- Click Add Acount

10. Gmail sent an email to . Click the link in the email or enter the code in the email in this screen. Then Close window

11. Optional:
If you want to always send email as , click make default

to automatically respond to emails sent to as , click Reply from the same address the message was sent to:

12. If you want to send email as from your gmail account, simply choose that when you're sending an email:
